What is the delivery time?
We currently have a delivery time of 2 to 5 working days (Mon-Fri). As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation with a track & trace number, with which you can track the shipment.
What are the payment methods?
At Tiseco you can choose from different payment methods:
Bancontant, iDEAL, Giropay, Belfius Direct Net, Creditcard (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), KBC payment, bank transfer (sepa), Paypal
How do I return an article?
STEP 1: Fill in the return form.
STEP 2: Pack the items together with the return form.
STEP 3: Take your package to the post office.
Where can I find my invoice?
To view or download your invoice, you must first log in to your account. Then click on 'My account'. Once in the overview, click on 'Invoices'.
